☺The hotel is located nearby all the embassies in Kigali and has a beautiful view of the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making my first time visit to Rwanda so much better! In addition, the hotel is very clean and the food they provide is cooked to perfection. Make sure to try the African tea, it quickly became my favorite drink!

☹There is not a lot for me to complain about. My only problem was my room would sometimes get hot at night, even with the windows open. But I learned to adjust.

☹The room was good but I was expecting the choice to use or not to use an air conditioner. Only a fan was available and it worked well. There was a minor mosquito issue but this was dealt with as soon as we mentioned.

☺The place is so clean and peaceful. You also feel know that people are around as you can hear the faint chatter of people and birds from your window, yet it does not disturb you. 
The staffs are oh so hospitable, very helpful, very polite and always with a smile. I’ll definitely be back.

☹It’s natural , like the name nature Kigali. Very minimal amenities, no AC in the rooms , no refrigerator or intercom. The air is natural though so it does not feel hot and the staffs are within reach.

 7.0Verified ☺Das Haus liegt abseits der Hauptstraße in einem sehr schönen Viertel. Das Personal beim Frühstücksservice und im Restaurant ist ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist sehr gut.

☹Die Fotos bei Booking entsprechen nicht der Realität, was nicht sein darf. Die Grünfläche vor dem Haus ist ein gepflasterter Parkplatz und der Garten gehört komplett zum Restaurant. Hier finden die ganze Zeit Events statt, so dass es relativ laut ist. Zimmer mit Balkon bedeutet hier außerdem, dass es einen Balkon außerhalb des Zimmers gibt. Hier schaut man auf den überdachten Spielplatz, der zum Restaurant gehört. Hier legt man eindeutig den Schwerpunkt auf eine Eventlocation als auf das Hotel.

Great service, especially Amanda who is very responsive, helpful, and always has a smile on her face! The nature is amazing and peaceful ! The food is delicious and the coffee is great, too. A wonderful chilled experience.

We've had a lovely short stay at Nature Kigali, and will be returning between and after our trips around the country. Excellent, friendly, helpful service from all of the staff, especially Amanda, Esbe and Richard. The food is great and served in an idyllic area with a beautiful view over Kigali - the resort is very child friendly with a big play area and activities going on while we were there. Note that the pool was empty and out of action during our stay. The room was clean and well protected from mosquitos, with a large bathroom with an impressive shower. The bed was comfortable and we both got a great night's sleep. I recommend Nature Kigali thoroughly, particularly for families (though we are a couple without kids so it's good for others too!) - we will be back in a few days.
