Terms and conditions for Nature Kigali Boutique Hotel and Restaurant

  1. Reservation and Payment:
  • Booking confirmation: A booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment for the night’s stay or the full stay (as agreed).
  • Payment Methods: Payment can be made via cash, credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Momo, or bank transfers.
  • Cancellation Policy: 
  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the check-in date and time, will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the check-in date and time will forfeit the first night’s payment.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the check-in date and time will be charged the full amount of stay.
  1. Check-in and Check-out 
  • Check-in Time: 2:00 PM local time.
  • Check-out Time: 11:00 AM local time.
  • Early check-in / Late check-out:  Available upon request, subject to room availability. Additional charges may apply:
  • Early check in before 6:00 AM: 100% of one night’s rate.
  • Late check-out until 6:00 PM: 50% of one night’s rate.
  • Late check-out after 6:00 PM: Full night’s rate.
  1. Guest Identification
  • All guests must present a valid government-issued ID or passport at check-in.
  • Unregistered visitors are not allowed in rooms past 10:00 PM.
  1. Room Use 
  • Guests are responsible for maintaining the room and its contents.
  • Damages or loss of hotel property will incur charges based on the cost of repair or replacement.
  • Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. A cleaning fee will apply for violations.
  1. Security and Liability 
  • The hotel is not liable for the loss of valuables unless stored in the provided room safe.
  • Public areas are monitored via CCTV for the safety of guests and property, excluding private rooms.
  1. Pets and Children 
  • Pets are not allowed except for certified service animals.
  • Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  1. Cancellations or Charges by the hotel
  • The hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations in case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., Technical issues, safety concerns). Guests will be notified and refunded as applicable.
  1. Forgotten Belongings
  • Items left behind will be stored for up to six months. Guests must arrange for collection or shipping at their expense.
  1. Confidentiality 
  • Personal information provided during booking is confidential and used solely for reservation purposes and to enhance guest experiences.
  1. Compliance with Rules 
  • Guests are required to follow all hotel policies. Breaches may result in eviction without a refund.
  1. Dispute Resolution
  • Any disputes will be resolved under the law of The Republic of Rwanda, with amicable solutions prioritized.
